Our villa is beautifully presented and the whole rental is managed and overseen by us .. the owners, so we have your and our best interests at heart. The villa is equipped to a comfortable standard and we believe it represents the perfect holiday base location. It is 2 bedroomed and has 2 sofa beds in the massive lounge so theoretically can sleep 8 people but we advise that a maximum of 6 is more comfortable. It has a full size roof terrace solarium for sun worshipers, that gives 360 degree mountain views, yet only 15 mins from some of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches on the med. The villa is fully equipped with oven / hob / microwave / fridge freezer / washing machine / kettle / toaster / iron etc etc. It has freeview English SKY TV / A playstation with dual controls and 20+ games / dvd player etc etc etc. Remember all bedding and towels are inclued so you can travel light, although we ask you to bring your own towels for beach use. Remember we are on hand 24/7 and are the best guides you will get for beaches / shops / golf courses and places to go !! Young or old you will have a fantastic holiday here and we are sure as many do you will return again and sample the Murcian delights of the Costa Calida !!
