Both Villa Belmonte and Villa Ponderosa are managed by us on behalf of the owners, we however take care of the entire booking on their behalf.

We run separate booking calendars for these villas so please contact by email first for availability to camposolvillarental@yahoo.co.uk stating what villa you are interested in and your preferred arrival and departure dates. Both villas are fully provided with bedding and towels for the amount of people booked for, and all cleaning and laundry is done for you on departure. If you require interim laundry please advise and this can be arranged.

Both villas require a €200 Euro security deposit payable in Euro(€) cash on arrival, this is fully refundable on departure after a quick inspection of the villa, there are no extras to pay.

A booking deposit of £50 per week is payable on booking, simple instructions of how to pay this will be detailed in your booking conformation. Balances are payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Driving directions are provided from Murcia (MJV) and Alicante (ALC) Airports
