Please note the prices are for the villa not per person ! and all linen / towels and cleaning costs are fully included. The only extras payable locally on arrival is for air conditioning if required, as detailed at the bottom of this page. See the extras for hire page for baby equipment if required.  A small fully refundable security deposit as detailed below is payable. 

All will be fully confirmed and advised when you book. Driving directions are supplied from Murcia and Alicante Airports, and we will be here to meet you. Our aim is to keep the process as simple as possible.

It is simple .. a small non refundable booking deposit of £50 per week is payable at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. You can pay in Euros, cash or cheque or Sterling, cheque only, and all will be advised of how to do this when your booking is confirmed.

 We do require a small security deposit of 100 Euros in cash on arrival. This is fully refundable on departure once a quick inspection has taken place.

Air Conditioning

Remote controls for Air conditioning are extra, unfortunately because our rental rates are so low and the cost of electric is so high in Spain ! we have to make a small charge for the use of the air conditioning units as they are expensive to run. There are 2 units in the villa and the charge is 20 euros per unit per week. Please book in advance but payable on arrival.
