Villa Neptuno 1 Pricing & Availability
Please note the prices are for the villa not per person ! and all linen / towels and cleaning costs are fully included. The only extras payable locally on arrival is for baby equipment if required, and pool heating if required, and a fully refundable security deposit as detailed below. Please see the extras for hire page. All will be fully confirmed and advised when you book. Driving directions are supplied from Murcia and Alicante Airports, and we will be here to meet you. Our aim is to keep the process as simple as possible.

It is simple .. a small non refundable booking deposit of £50 per week is payable at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. You can pay in Euros, cash or cheque or Sterling, cheque or bank transfer , and all will be advised of how to do this when your booking is confirmed. You can pay for pool heating to 25 degrees at 35 Euros per week, but generally this will not be needed !! PLEASE NOTE !!!!! There is a 5% discount deducted for the 2nd Full week
We do require a security deposit of 200 Euros in cash on arrival. (Or Sterling if required) This is fully refundable on departure once a quick inspection has taken place and keys returned.
